Cake Questions
Can I order a custom cake for the same day? How far in advance should I order a cake?
We do not accept same day orders. We require a 1 day minimum on all cake orders in order to process and prep. However, most of our locations (excluding the Truck and Trailer) do have ready-made cakes that you can pick up same day within business hours. Although we only require a 1 day minimum on all cake orders, you are more than welcome to place your order anytime, with as much notice as a year in advance!
When will my cake be ready for pick up?
All cakes are delivered from our kitchen to theBarkerylocation of your choosing. You may pick up anytime within business hours for your specific location. There is no need to call and verify pick up. As long as you received a confirmation email for your cake order, your order will be ready and waiting for you!
How long will my cake stay fresh?
Our cakes are made fresh the day you’ve selected for your order. If you need to store your cake, it will stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 10 days and fresh for up to 6 months in the freezer. Although the frosting looks best during its first day or two, it is still very safe, edible, and delicious for your pup!
Do you make cakes for cats?
Yes! We have a tuna based cat cake recipe, finished with cod skin sprinkles! You will need to order by emailing: cakes@theseattlebarkery.com.
We offer smaller, ready-made kitty cupcakes, too, and, you can pick one up at our Shoreline & SLU locations anytime!
Do you make gender reveal cakes? Wedding cakes for dogs? Other designs not listed on your website?
We love a challenge and have done many gender reveal cakes, wedding cakes, and multiple other cake designs including a pirate ship, a rocket, pot of gold, and more. Can I make changes to my order after order has been placed?
YES, please email:
cakes@theseattlebarkery.com to make changes to your order, changes are subject to availability and not guaranteed. Reference dog name and order date in email.
How long will my cake stay fresh?
Our cakes are made fresh the day you’ve selected for your order. If you need to store your cake, it will stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 7 days and fresh for up to 6 months in the freezer. Although the frosting looks best for the first 48 hours, it is still safe, edible, and delicious for your pup!

Can I make changes to my cake order after the order has been placed?
Yes, you can make changes up to 3 days before your pick-up date. Please email bark@theseattlebarkery.com with your change request with your order number and dog’s name. Not all changes are available and guaranteed, especially during a busy week when there’s a holiday or event. We will do the best we can to accommodate changes. Thank you for understanding.

Do you ship?
Currently we do not offer shipping. Our treats are made fresh and we don’t want to jeopardize quality and freshness.
Do you deliver?
You can order our treats and have them delivered via Door Dash.

Ben is all over! You will most likely find him at the main Bakery location in the mornings, making deliveries to our locations throughout the day and on the Treat Truck at Marymoor on the weekends! He is everywhere!
